Meet Our Home Manager

Natalie Pinder

I have been working in the care industry since I was 16 years old, accumulating over 25 years of experience. I spent more than 14 years at Wisden Court Care Home, part of Runwood Homes, where I held a variety of roles, including Well-Being Lead, Care Assistant, Care Team Manager, and Deputy Manager. These roles allowed me to develop my skills and progress through the organisation, which I achieved through hard work, determination, and a strong commitment to the field.

I have been given the opportunity to progress to Home Manager at Ashwood, which is an exciting opportunity for me. This position allows me to take on greater responsibilities and continue my professional growth. I am enthusiastic about this new chapter in my career and am focused on making a positive impact in my role and to Ashwood.

My primary focus is on the welfare and best interests of the residents. I am dedicated to creating a happy and comfortable environment where they feel at home. Ensuring that their needs are met and that they enjoy a high standard of care is my top priority.
