Welcome to Chelmunds Court. I have over 16 years of experience in caring for older people, including those living with dementia.

I have a passion in making a positive difference to the lives of our residents, their families, my staff and multidisciplinary teams.

At Chelmunds Court, you’ll find that our residents live in a safe, homely environment where there’s lots of laughter and a friendly, caring and competent team.

For residents requiring textured food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
