Bramwell Care Home Manager Shortlisted for Champion of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award

Bramwell Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is proud to announce that Mable Joloza, Home Manager, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Champion of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion category at this year’s Proud to Care Awards, organised by Nottingham County Council.

With more than 400 nominations submitted across Nottinghamshire, this recognition celebrates Mable’s outstanding dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the care sector.

As Wellbeing Lead Sabeena Anna Skaria explains, “Mable leads by example, ensuring every voice is heard and that care is delivered with dignity, sensitivity, and understanding. Her initiatives have fostered open conversations, enhanced cultural awareness, and strengthened relationships throughout the home.”

Colleagues describe her as an inspiring role model whose compassion, commitment, and advocacy extend far beyond daily responsibilities.
