A very special celebration recently took place at Frank Foster House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, as Nicolas marked his 40th birthday, surrounded by colleagues, residents, and relatives who came together to surprise him on his special day.
Nicolas first joined Frank Foster House in 2006 as a cleaner at just 20 years old. Through years of dedication, hard work, and genuine passion for both the home and its residents, he steadily progressed within the organisation. Today, he proudly serves as the Manager of Frank Foster House, a role that reflects his commitment and leadership.
