Residents at Oldfield House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, enjoyed a magical Christmas Day on 25 December 2025 when Father Christmas sent his festive squad to visit the home and deliver presents to everyone.
Staff embraced the Christmas spirit by dressing up, sharing smiles, and personally handing out gifts to residents, creating a joyful and memorable celebration. The visit helped ensure that residents could enjoy the excitement and warmth of Christmas Day surrounded by familiar faces in a caring and festive environment.
Rozalia, Lifestyle Coordinator at Oldfield House, commented:
“Christmas is about togetherness, no matter where it’s celebrated. Sharing the day with family in our care home, pulling Christmas crackers, and crowning our Christmas kings and queens helps keep those cherished traditions alive.”
