Four Acres Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is proud to recognise and celebrate the dedication of Kelsie, aged 21, whose commitment to residents and colleagues continues to make a meaningful impact within the home.
Kelsie, who recently progressed from a bank Care Team Leader (CTL) to a full-time position, has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. Known for her compassionate approach and unwavering focus on residents’ wellbeing, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure those in her care feel supported, respected, and valued.
Her flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed have not gone unnoticed. Whether supporting day or night shifts, or assisting across departments including kitchen and domestic duties, Kelsie’s positive attitude and strong work ethic shine through. Her colleagues agree that her continuous support is vital to the smooth running of the home.
To show their appreciation, the management team at Four Acres recently met with Kelsie to personally thank her for her hard work and commitment. She was presented with a certificate and a small gift as a token of gratitude for her outstanding contribution.
