Frank Foster Care Home Celebrates Prosper Bronze Award Achievement

Residents and staff at Frank Foster Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, are celebrating a major achievement, having been awarded the Prosper Bronze Award in recognition of their commitment to improving resident well-being and safety.

The Prosper Accreditation, run by Essex County Council, acknowledges care homes that implement proactive measures to reduce falls, pressure ulcers, and urinary tract infections (UTIs). To achieve Bronze status, the Frank Foster House team demonstrated six months of data collection, analysis, and the implementation of targeted interventions to improve resident care.

The award was proudly presented on 7th February, with Imedal from Prosper stating, “I am proud to give the Bronze award to Frank Foster House. The team has demonstrated great work to achieve the Bronze.”

Resident Ambassador Maureen expressed her pride in the accomplishment, adding, “We are proud to achieve the Prosper Bronze status.”

The atmosphere during the celebration was filled with joy and pride, as staff and residents alike reflected on the team’s dedication to enhancing care standards.

Frank Foster Care Home remains committed to continuous improvement and looks forward to building on this success with future initiatives aimed at further enhancing resident well-being.
