Frank Foster House Gets in the Christmas Spirit on Christmas Jumper Day

On 12th December, residents and staff from Frank Foster House, part of the Runwood Homes Group, spread the Christmas cheer by taking part in Christmas Jumper Day aimed at raising awareness and funds for the global charity Save the Children. Residents and staff took part, rocking their most vibrant and creative Christmas jumpers to celebrate the festive season, while supporting a worthy cause.

The event was a fantastic opportunity to promote both the spirit of Christmas and the importance of giving back to those in need. In addition to raising awareness for Save the Children, the day was a fun-filled occasion that brought everyone together, with smiles all around as staff and residents exchanged festive cheer.

Manel, the Lifestyle Coordinator at Frank Foster House, shared her thoughts on the event: “It was a great initiative to raise awareness for Save the Children, and it was so fun to get involved. The atmosphere was truly festive!”

Resident Maureen also expressed her enjoyment: “It was fun and nice to see everyone wearing a nice Christmas jumper, it really made the day feel special with everyone involved”
