Liberty House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is proud to highlight the dedication and career progression of team member Jody Hughes, who is stepping into a new role within the home as part of her continued professional development.

Jody, who previously worked within the Lifestyle team, has consistently demonstrated commitment to residents and colleagues, often going above and beyond to support those in her care. Recognising her potential and passion for making a greater difference, Liberty House has supported Jody in expanding her knowledge and skills as she transitions into the role of Care Team Leader (CTL).

As part of her development, Jody has begun completing ad hoc shifts to gain experience in the role and to further strengthen her relationships with residents and the care team. She will take on the position full-time at the end of March.

Alongside this new role, Jody has also enrolled in her NVQ Level 3, demonstrating her commitment to learning and to building a long-term career within the organisation.

Tracey, Senior Home Manager at Liberty House, said:
“Jody is an asset to Liberty house and always goes the extra mile for our residents, previously on Lifestyle, Jody wanted to expand her knowledge and make a bigger difference to our residents. She decided that CTL would be a good role for her, and she is really enjoying the challenge and getting to know our residents on a different level. Jody has signed up for her NVQ 3 and is keen to learn all aspects and do a fantastic job, and progress further in her career with Runwood homes.”

The team at Liberty House is proud to support staff development and progression, ensuring colleagues have the opportunities and encouragement needed to grow their careers while continuing to provide the highest standard of care to residents.

Jody’s enthusiasm and dedication make her a valued member of the Liberty House team, and everyone at the home wishes her every success in her new role.
