Rose House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is delighted to announce that Care Assistant, Michelle, has been named Employee of the Month for February, in recognition of her outstanding dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
The award celebrates Michelle’s consistent demonstration of compassion, professionalism and a genuine passion for supporting those in her care. Colleagues describe her as dependable, positive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of the people she supports.
The presentation was attended by Home Manager Jo, Deputy Manager Kim and Arshi, CTL, who joined in congratulating Michelle on her well-deserved achievement.
