Residents and staff at Mulberry Court Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, celebrated a truly special Christmas Day, filled with joy, togetherness, and festive cheer.
The day began with a delightful visit from Father Christmas and his trusty elf, spreading smiles and laughter throughout the home. Later, everyone gathered to enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, creating a warm and homely atmosphere that perfectly captured the spirit of the season.
Residents and staff alike took part in the day’s festivities, emphasising the importance of family and connection during Christmas time. For many, it was a chance to come together as one big family, sharing in the joy of gift-giving and celebrations.
Jannette, a resident at Mulberry Court, reflected on the day’s events: “This year I am unable to go to my family, so it has been wonderful to enjoy it here with my friends at Mulberry Court – and the dinner was fabulous!”
