The Grange Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, was filled with joy and celebration as residents, staff, and family members came together to mark a very special occasion—Marjorie’s 100th birthday.
Organised by Lifestyle Coordinator Catherine, in collaboration with Marjorie’s daughters, the milestone event was a heartwarming affair filled with music, decorations, and plenty of delicious food. Not one, but two cakes graced the celebration table as friends and family gathered to sing a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday” to the centenarian.
Marjorie’s daughters played a key role in making the day memorable, bringing party gifts for everyone in attendance. The highlight of the day was a particularly touching moment when Marjorie opened a congratulatory card from His Majesty the King—an honour reserved for those reaching such an incredible milestone.
