Wisden Court, part of the Runwood Homes group, has bid a heartfelt farewell to Deputy Manager Natalie, who recently transferred to another home within the group to further her career.
Natalie, who had been a dedicated and much-loved member of the Wisden Court team, made a lasting impact on residents, families, and colleagues during her time at the home. In recognition of her contribution and to show their continued support, the Wisden Court team sent a bouquet of flowers and a personalised card to her new home.
“I’ve been inundated with kind messages from residents, families, nurses, doctors, staff, and even the postman, all wanting to wish Natalie well,” said Sarah Humberstone, Home Manager at Wisden Court.
“Natalie was a big part of our home. Her compassion for others shines through in the work she does, and she’ll always be part of the Wisden family.”
Although Natalie transferred three weeks ago, the delivery of flowers on 15 October served as a warm reminder of the bonds formed at Wisden Court and the value of supporting colleagues across the Runwood Homes network.
This gesture is just one example of how Runwood Homes fosters a culture of appreciation and support, not just within homes, but across the wider care community.
