I started my career in care in 2014 as a Care Assistant at Loganberry Lodge. Over the years, I’ve progressed into leadership roles, gaining valuable experience that has led to my current position as Manager.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, I bring strong skills in leadership, planning, and team coordination. My professional development includes training in dementia care, medicines optimisation, and evidence-based practice, which have strengthened my ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

I’ve completed advanced qualifications in health and social care leadership, focusing on safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. A Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Adult Social Care further reinforced my practical understanding of delivering care in line with national standards.

I believe in honesty, fairness, and mutual support. My focus is on fostering a safe, respectful environment for both residents and staff, ensuring care is always compassionate and tailored to individual needs.
