Boxercise Brings Fitness and Fun to Frank Foster House

Residents and staff at Frank Foster House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, are staying active and having fun with regular Boxercise classes, which have quickly become a favourite activity within the home.

The Boxercise sessions are designed to encourage physical fitness and wellbeing while creating an enjoyable and engaging atmosphere for participants. On 30th December, both residents and staff embraced the activity, and it is weekly highlight that promotes health and happiness.

Dilip, the Lifestyle Coordinator at Frank Foster House, shared: “Our residents really enjoy their Boxercise classes. It’s a great way for them to stay active whilst having fun together.”

Nicolas Kee Mew, the Home Manager, added: “These classes have become one of the most popular exercises at Frank Foster House. They bring everyone together and leave us all feeling energised.”

Boxercise at Frank Foster House is a wonderful example of how creative activities can enhance residents’ quality of life, combining fitness with a sense of community and joy.
