Greenbanks care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, on Sunday, the 22nd of September, opened their doors to the community for a heartwarming coffee morning in support of MacMillan Cancer Support. The event successfully raised over £300, showcasing the community’s dedication to a worthy cause.
Guests enjoyed a delightful array of tea and cakes, while being serenaded by live music from local favourite Sparky, alongside the vibrant performances from Spire Entertainment. The event also featured a raffle with exciting prizes, including toys for children, beauty products, and delicious chocolate treats, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The coffee morning attracted residents, their loved ones, and community members eager to join in the festivities and support those affected by cancer.
