Their guidance helped me transition into a Deputy Manager position—a role I’ve proudly held for the past decade within residential care. Throughout this time, I’ve remained committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive, high-performing team culture.

Having recently completed a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, I bring both extensive hands-on experience and a formal qualification to support my current role as Manager at Rose House. I’m deeply passionate about ensuring person-centred care for every resident and take immense pride in empowering my team to uphold the highest standards across the home.
