Chelmunds Court Care Home hosted a vibrant staff BBQ party on Friday the 13th of September, to show appreciation for its dedicated staff, who work tirelessly to ensure the comfort and well-being of the residents. The warm and sunny afternoon provided the perfect backdrop for a day of fun, relaxation, and celebration.
The BBQ featured a mouth-watering spread, accompanied by upbeat music and fun games. The team enjoyed connecting with one another, playing games, and sharing stories, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere that reflected their strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
The entire Chelmunds Court team, from care staff to management, participated the celebration, highlighting the deep appreciation felt for the hard work that goes into providing exceptional care for the residents. Their dedication ensures that Chelmunds Court remains a welcoming, supportive, and safe home for those in their care.

The event was met with enthusiasm from staff. Ewa, Domestic Staff, shared, “The staff party was brilliant. I really enjoyed myself, and everyone did as well. It was a lovely chance to spend time with each other and just relax.”
Adele, Deputy Manager, reflected on the experience, calling it “Fabulous! It was fun, filled with laughter, and a great opportunity for team building.”
Laura, also part of the domestic team, remarked, “It was the best staff party. Spending such precious time with co-workers, relaxing and having a laugh, was wonderful.”
