The event has become an annual tradition, bringing joy, comfort, and a sense of togetherness as Christmas approaches.
Jody, Wellbeing Lead at Liberty House, shared her delight at the success of the event, saying:
“Hot chocolates with a movie for us to get into the Christmas spirit was full of smiles and Christmas cheer. I really do enjoy putting smiles on my residents’ faces.”
Residents were equally enthusiastic, with Violet, one of the residents, commenting:
“OOOOOOO that was a delicious hot chocolate, just what we needed to get us into the Christmas spirit.”
