Speaking about the event, Sue Bekhet, Lifestyle Coordinator at Leawood Manor, said:

“Our Diwali celebration was a wonderful opportunity for residents, families, staff, and our friends from the Tamil School to come together and experience the joy and meaning behind the Festival of Light. Events like this are so important because they allow us to share cultures, create memories, and celebrate the diversity that makes our community so special. Seeing everyone smiling and enjoying themselves was truly heartwarming.”
