Liberty House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is proud to announce the promotion of two outstanding team members, Kennedy and Arjun, whose dedication, compassion, and hard work have made a lasting impact on both residents and colleagues alike.
Kennedy, who began her journey with Liberty House as part of the domestic team, progressed into a care role, consistently demonstrating exceptional commitment to resident wellbeing. Her passion and reliability have now earned her a well-deserved promotion to Care Team Leader.
Arjun, whose dedication has been felt throughout the home, has officially stepped into the role of Deputy Manager. Known for his calm leadership and genuine care, Arjun has become a cornerstone of the Liberty House team.
These promotions come under the supportive leadership of Home Manager Tracey and Deputy Manager Amy, who recognised the potential in both individuals and were eager to support their growth.
