Park View Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, proudly hosted its annual Staff Awards Ceremony on 17 December 2025, celebrating the outstanding dedication, compassion and teamwork shown by staff throughout the year.
The event took place in the evening and brought together team members and residents to recognise the incredible efforts made across the home. A total of 22 awards were presented on the evening, with nominations submitted by staff, residents and relatives, making the recognition especially meaningful.
The ceremony highlighted the strong sense of community at Park View, with relatives actively involved in nominating staff for awards such as CTL of the Year and Care Staff of the Year. In a touching show of appreciation, one relative also made a £120 donation towards the staff awards celebration.
The atmosphere throughout the evening was lively and emotional, filled with laughter, dancing and moments of pride. A particular highlight was recognising staff members who have progressed in their careers, reflecting Park View’s commitment to development and growth.
The idea for the awards ceremony was introduced by the Home Manager, with a commitment that Park View will continue to recognise staff achievements at the end of every year.
