Residents, family members and friends of Rose House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, in Doncaster have come together in an inspiring show of community to support Amelia’s ambitious world record attempt to receive the most birthday cards, during her fight against cancer.
Throughout February, the home has been filled with creativity, kindness and excitement as residents carefully crafted handmade cards, wrote heartfelt messages and encouraged others to get involved. Amelia’s story has captured the hearts of the Rose House community, motivating people of all ages to play their part in helping her achieve this remarkable goal.
“Supporting Amelia has brought so much joy to everyone here,” said Louise for Rose House. “Our residents have loved getting involved, it’s been wonderful to see the smiles, laughter and sense of purpose this challenge has created.”
