The Runwood Homes Group is delighted to announce the launch of its group-wide Bee Green & Grow Competition, a fun, creative, and meaningful initiative designed to promote sustainability, teamwork, and environmental responsibility across all homes.
Running until 22nd August 2025, this inspiring competition challenges each care home to design and create a sustainable, recyclable garden using repurposed materials. The initiative aligns perfectly with the group’s Green Champions programme, encouraging everyone to reimagine waste, connect with nature, and work together to create something truly beautiful and eco-friendly.
This is more than just a competition; it’s a movement to support greener living, greater community connection, and resident engagement. Homes are encouraged to think innovatively, using discarded materials, old textiles, and upcycled items to bring their garden visions to life.
Exciting prizes are up for grabs, with the first-place winner receiving £250 towards their Resident Fund and two runner-up homes each receiving £100, providing a wonderful opportunity to give back to residents while celebrating creativity and sustainability.
