Successful Auction at Loganberry Lodge Raises £820 for Residents’ Amenities Fund

A recent auction event held at Loganberry Lodge Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, has raised a significant £820 for their amenities fund.

On Friday 18th April, the Loganberry Lodge hosted an auction featuring a signed football shirt, generously donated by Perry Groves, a family member of a resident. The former Arsenal football player’s thoughtful gesture provided an opportunity to raise crucial funds for the residents’ amenities fund. The money raised will go directly towards funding the residents’ outings, activities, and other important experiences that enrich their lives. The auction is a perfect example of how small gestures can have a big impact on our residents’ lives.

The amount of money raised far exceeded expectations. This remarkable sum highlights the generosity and support from all involved, ensuring Loganberry Lodge‘s residents will continue to enjoy the amenities and activities they love.

Both residents and their families expressed their delight at the success of the auction, thrilled with the outcome and thankful for the support shown by the community.

The auction of the signed football shirt has proven to be a wonderful success, and Loganberry Lodge are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated.
