Lisa Meeks

With over 18 years of experience at Runwood Homes, I have had the opportunity to develop my career through a variety of roles and have gained numerous qualifications in health and social care along the way. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the sector and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

I am incredibly proud to serve as the Home Manager of such a wonderful home, where our residents and staff create a warm, supportive, and joyful environment every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and taking long walks with my dog, which helps me unwind and recharge.

I cannot fault the service provided. All staff are very caring, patient and demonstrate a high standard throughout the home. The manager and senior staff are always accessible and make time to discuss any matters of interest or concern. There is clearly a high standard of compliance with safety, care and security of residents - very apparent. Our mother is treated as an individual with dignity and full appreciation of her needs, her likes and dislikes by all. I am kept fully informed of any matters affecting her and the staff at Highview Lodge have my complete trust and gratitude
