Liberty House Residents Surprise Lifestyle Coordinator Lead Jody with Heartfelt Birthday Video
Residents at Liberty House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, came together to create a special surprise for their much-loved Lifestyle Coordinator Lead, Jody, in celebration of her 40th birthday.
Residents recorded individual video messages, each one wishing Jody a happy birthday, which were then combined into a touching film. The idea, introduced by Kelley Norton, Lifestyle Coordinator Support, aimed to show appreciation for Jody’s dedication and the close bond she has built with residents over her nearly four years in the role.
Resident Maisie shared: “I thought it was a wonderful thing to do for Jody as she has worked so hard for every resident during her time here at Liberty House, and it was a well-deserved video from us to her.”
The project highlighted the warmth and gratitude residents feel towards Jody, who is known for always going above and beyond to support and uplift those in her care. The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt emotion, making it a truly memorable moment for both residents and staff alike.
