Blackthorns Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, welcomed residents and their loved ones on 20 December 2025 for a special Christmas meal, bringing families together to celebrate the festive season in a warm and joyful setting.
The event saw residents, relatives, and staff come together to enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch, creating a shared experience that captured the true spirit of the season. With over 40 relatives in attendance, the meal provided a wonderful opportunity for families to spend quality time together and celebrate Christmas as one community.
Families and residents expressed their enjoyment of the day, with feedback including comments such as “Absolutely loved it” and “We had a great time.”
