Pat and Martin first met at The Grange care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, in April 2024, and from the very beginning, there was an instant connection.
Martin is a true gentleman, always making sure that Pat is comfortable and well. Whether opening doors or offering reassurance, he consistently looks out for her, and the two are rarely seen apart. They enjoy going everywhere together and particularly love heading out on day trips on the home’s minibus, where they can spend quality time side by side, sharing conversation and laughter.
At mealtimes, Pat and Martin can often be found sitting together in the dining room, enjoying each other’s company. Their friendship is one of constant support, laughter and creating memorable moments together.
