Residents and staff at Low Furlong care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together to celebrate resident Di’s Birthday in style.
Resident Di had shared her wish for a blue-themed birthday party as part of the home’s initiative encouraging residents to express their wishes for 2026. Determined to make her day unforgettable, the team at Low Furlong organised a vibrant celebration centred entirely around her favourite colour.
Speaking about her special day, Di said: “This was one of the best birthdays I have ever had, the staff really went all out to make my blue themed birthday wish come true.”
One of the standout moments of the day was Di’s reaction upon seeing the beautifully decorated room, along with the lively performance from the singer, who brought everyone together in song.
