A resident from Bracebridge Court care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, enjoyed a very special day after staff members Abbie and Hollie helped make his dream of riding in his favourite car come true.
John, a resident at Bracebridge Court, had always admired Range Rover cars and had never had the opportunity to experience a ride in one. When Hollie, a member of the Bracebridge Court team, took receipt of her new Range Rover, Care Team Leader Abbie saw the perfect opportunity to make John’s day.
Abbie asked Hollie if she would be willing to take John out for a ride in her new car, and she was delighted to help. John was overjoyed when he discovered he would be getting the chance to experience his favourite car brand.
The ride gave resident of Bracebridge Court, John, the opportunity to enjoy an experience he had always wanted, with staff delighted to see the huge smile on his face throughout the day.
John said: “I absolutely LOVED my ride out in my favourite car!”
