Bramwell Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group, proudly took part in the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk at Wollaton Park in Nottingham, bringing together residents, staff and family members to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
The Alzheimer’s Memory walk reflected Bramwell Care Home’s commitment to supporting people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, promoting greater awareness and helping to support research into these conditions.
Despite the rainy weather, the atmosphere throughout the walk remained uplifting and positive, with everyone showing determination and a strong sense of teamwork.
Through their efforts, the Bramwell Care Home team raised £165, which was donated to the Alzheimer’s Society to support its work.
Taking part in the Memory Walk was a meaningful way for Bramwell Care Home to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to dementia awareness and making a positive difference to the lives of those affected by dementia.
