Residents, family members, and staff at Westwood care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together for a delightful Chinese Evening on the 23rd of August. The event that was held in the activity room was a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and camaraderie.
The evening featured a delicious array of Chinese cuisine prepared by the head chef, including traditional dishes, a cheese board, and a delectable chocolate cheesecake. The night also included lively entertainment with singing, dancing, and a lot of laughter
One of the highlights of the event was the humorous performance by Westwood care home’s manager, Claire, and Lifestyle Coordinator, Chloe. They entertained the residents by dressing up in sumo suits, adding a playful and engaging element to the evening.
