Our wellbeing and enrichment programme is tailored to individual interests, helping residents stay active, build confidence, and enjoy social interaction each day. Activities range from visits to local attractions using our minibus service and hosting monthly community events to joining the Runwood Ramblers walking group, alongside a wide variety of activities within the home.

Food & Nutrition
At Westwood, we follow the guidelines of the British Dietetic Association and the Care Home Digest to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are consistently met. I am so passionate about supporting our older generation, listening to their life histories and achievements, and simply just being there to make them smile. I feel extremely privileged to be a part of people’s lives. At Westwood we strive for our residents to live later life with enjoyment, happiness and support.
