The team at Heron Court care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together to celebrate Deputy Manager Mihaila, whose upcoming birthday provided the perfect opportunity to recognise her remarkable 17 years of dedicated service.
Mihaila has been a valued member of the Heron Court team for nearly two decades, progressing within the company through her unwavering commitment, compassion, and professionalism. Her journey to becoming Home Deputy reflects not only her extensive skills and experience but also her genuine care for residents.
After a team meeting, the team burst into song, singing “Happy Birthday”. Clearly overwhelmed by the surprise, Mihaila was greeted with hugs and congratulations from her colleagues.
