Ivy Court Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, recently came together to celebrate the completion of colleague Evie’s year-long placement, marking the end of a special chapter for both staff and residents.
Stacey, Home Manager at Ivy Court, spoke about the impact Evie has made during her time at the home, saying:
“Residents are thoroughly sad to see Evie leaving. She has been amazing with us all.”
The celebration took place at Ivy Court, where staff and residents gathered to honour Evie’s dedication and hard work. Ivy Court’s Christmas choir performed to make the occasion even more memorable, and Evie was surprised with thoughtful gifts as a token of appreciation.
Everyone at the event, from residents to staff, came together to show gratitude for Evie’s contribution over the past year. The idea behind the celebration was simple yet meaningful: to say thank you and acknowledge the positive difference she has made.
