Maun View care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, are excited to announce the successful completion of the “Smile Project,” featuring the renowned community group Next Door Dance. Over the past four weeks, every Wednesday, residents of Maun View participated in engaging activity sessions where they collaborated on new choreography and were recorded for a short film produced by Next Door Dance.
During these lively sessions, residents had the opportunity to create dance moves, discuss what makes them smile, and workshop ideas in a supportive environment. The initiative aimed not only to promote creativity but also to foster a sense of community and connection among participants.
“The incredible team at Next Door Dance have been fantastic in engaging our residents in their film project and has given everyone another reason to smile,” said Sam Bernard, Home Manager at Maun View.
