Residents of Park View Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, enjoyed a memorable Men’s Day Out at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Club’s Driving Range, complete with sunshine, sports, and good company. The outing brought together gentlemen from across the home for a day dedicated to fun and connection.
The group enjoyed a relaxed round of golf, followed by drinks and a delicious lunch, creating an opportunity for the men to socialise and bond outside their usual setting. “It was such a nice day to be with all the men,” said the Lifestyle Coordinator. “I had a lovely chat and played my favourite sport, golf.”
The event was born out of a residents’ meeting, where the idea of a men-only day was proposed to give the gentlemen of Park View a special treat and time together. The atmosphere on the day was described as “amazing,” with residents from different units mingling and enjoying each other’s company.
