Residents and Staff at Wisden Court care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together to celebrate Manager Sarah’s, 50th birthday.
The celebrations began in the morning when staff surprised Sarah by decorating her Wisden Court office to mark her birthday. The excitement continued into the afternoon with a surprise party attended by residents, colleagues and Sarah’s family.
One of the biggest highlights of the day was Sarah’s reaction when she discovered that her family had joined the celebrations. Completely unaware they would be there, Sarah was left delighted by the thoughtful surprise.
Wisden Court residents also enjoyed being part of the special occasion, with one resident commenting, “What a lovely surprise!”
At Wisden Court, celebrating important milestones are a wonderful way to bring residents, staff and families together, creating opportunities to share happy moments and strengthen the sense of community within the home.
The Wisden Court team’s thoughtful efforts ensured Sarah’s 50th birthday was marked in a truly memorable way, surrounded by the people who wanted to make her day special.
