The lifestyle team organised the event for residents in the home. By working with residents’ children, the team planned a surprise that turned into a magical and memorable celebration for everyone involved, ensuring that couples enjoyed an extra special experience.
Residents and families enjoyed a lovely afternoon, celebrating love and connection over tea, cakes, and conversation. The highlight of the day was popping a champagne bottle and seeing the smiles of joy and love on everyone’s faces.
Jack, the lifestyle coordinator described the event as “a magical event and a lovely day to celebrate love,” reflecting the warmth and happiness felt throughout the afternoon. He also commented, “This was a nice thing to do, a lovely surprise.”
