Residents, staff and members of the local community came together at Lower Meadow care home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, for a heartwarming Valentine’s Party on 13 February 2026.
The home was filled with music, dancing and plenty of sweet treats as everyone enjoyed a lively afternoon of celebration. Entertainment was provided by talented singer Ruby Red, whose performance had residents singing along and taking to the dance floor. Guests also enjoyed a selection of refreshments, snacks and specially prepared Valentine’s cakes, adding a delicious touch to the festivities.
Residents commented that they enjoyed ‘’a good old Lower Meadow party!’’
The Valentine’s Party was a shining example of the vibrant lifestyle enjoyed by residents at Lower Meadow care home, where special occasions are celebrated with warmth, laughter and plenty of dancing.
