Residents, families, and staff at Westwood Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, came together on the evening of Tuesday 24th June for a delicious Italian Night, a monthly themed dining event designed to bring everyone closer through food, music, and shared moments.
Lifestyle Coordinators Natasha and Chloe, who organised the evening, transformed the dining room into a slice of Italy with charming décor and Italian music setting the scene. Guests enjoyed a menu of lovingly prepared homemade Italian dishes, and the feedback couldn’t have been better. Residents and their families were full of praise for the food, commenting on how tasty and well-prepared it was.

A particular highlight of the evening was one resident proudly wearing a pizza-themed hat, lovingly made by her daughter especially for the event, a creative and touching gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of the night.
