On Wednesday 28th May, resident Dennis from Longview Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, proudly showcased his artwork to the community. A dedicated artist for the past 15 years, Dennis finds great joy and relaxation in drawing, despite some recent challenges. His determination and love for self-improvement shine through.
Dennis summarised his passion, “I love doing artwork. I like trying to improve each time. I will draw a picture, then redraw it until I am happy. Practice makes perfect.”
Dennis’s commitment to his craft is not only inspiring but also a testament to the therapeutic power of creativity. Sharing his art was a meaningful moment for him and a proud one for the home.
