Residents at Humfrey Lodge Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, were treated to a joyful live music performance by The Woodwind of Stortford on 28 January 2026, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home.
The concert was organised by Weronika, Lifestyle Coordinator at Humfrey Lodge, and brought residents together to enjoy familiar tunes performed live. Throughout the session, residents were seen smiling, tapping along, and singing, fully engaged in the shared musical experience.
Brenda, one of the residents, shared her enjoyment of the event, saying:
“We really enjoyed every moment of the concert. It was joyful, uplifting, and made us feel connected through music.”
The atmosphere during the performance was described as warm and joyful, with music creating a strong sense of connection among residents and staff alike.
