The team at Loganberry Lodge Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group, is celebrating after dedicated carer Sharon was announced as a finalist in the prestigious nationwide Dementia Care Awards in the Unsung Hero category.
The exciting news follows a heartfelt nomination submitted by another staff member at Loganberry Lodge, who immediately recognised Sharon’s exceptional dedication when reading through the award categories earlier this year.
The nomination recognises Sharon’s outstanding contribution to dementia care and highlights the compassionate, person-centred approach that is at the heart of life at Loganberry Lodge.
John, Home Manager at Loganberry Lodge, praised Sharon’s commitment, saying:
