Frank Foster House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is proud to announce that the home has been awarded Highly Commended in the NAPA World Cultural Diversity Day Competition 2026, recognising the outstanding work of the team in celebrating diversity, inclusion and community.
Nicolas, The Home Manager, expressed immense pride in the achievement, highlighting the dedication and teamwork shown across the service:

The celebrations brought together residents, staff and the wider community in a shared recognition of cultural diversity. Activities were designed to encourage inclusion, learning and enjoyment, showcasing the home’s ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all.
Residents also shared their appreciation for the team’s efforts. One resident, Christine, commented:
“Well done to the team – the staff are so diverse. I came for respite and came back.”
