Residents and team members at Westwood Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group, welcomed local NHS colleagues for a special Free Fish Friday, offering a complimentary fish and chips lunch as a thank you to Blue Light card holders for their continued dedication to the community.
The entire Westwood team came together to organise and host the event, ensuring a warm welcome for everyone who attended. The response from guests was overwhelmingly positive, with the community nursing team expressing their gratitude and commenting that they “thanked us for inviting them for Fish Friday – it was amazing.”
