Staff and residents at Carolyne House care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together for an afternoon of competition at the care home’s annual staff team-building party.
The whole Carolyne House team got involved in the celebrations, with residents also joining in to enjoy the atmosphere and cheer everyone on.
One resident commented: “It’s a lot of fun seeing the staff compete in the games.”
The team-building party is an annual tradition at Carolyne House and provides a valuable opportunity for colleagues to relax, have fun together and celebrate the relationships that make the home a welcoming community.
