Residents, families, friends and staff at Bramwell Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, came together on Sunday 21 June to celebrate Father’s Day with an afternoon filled with thoughtful gestures, conversation and appreciation.
The special celebration included a relaxing cuppa, handmade Father’s Day cards and gifts, giving residents the opportunity to feel recognised and celebrated for their roles as fathers, grandfathers and cherished role models.
The event brought together residents, staff, families and friends, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone could enjoy quality time together. Throughout the day, residents shared stories and fond memories of fatherhood, sparking meaningful conversations and strengthening connections within the home.
Father’s Day celebrations are an important part of life at Bramwell Care Home, helping to create a warm, positive environment where residents can reflect on treasured memories, celebrate their achievements and continue making new ones with those around them.
The cheerful and celebratory atmosphere throughout the day highlighted the importance of bringing generations together and ensuring every resident feels appreciated and included.
