Reviews
Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the staff go above and beyond their duties. Nan loves all the staff and is always happy with the kindness they all show her, especially the hugs. As a family we feel the home is everything and more to us.
Sheri H(Granddaughter of Resident)
This is an outstanding home. The staff are fantastic, very kind, and very professional. The home is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent, and the care provided to my parents is first class.
David M(Son of Resident)
I have visited my uncle on a number of occasions, has always been clean and well-shaven. His room and bathroom have always been clean and tidy. The staff always put a smile on his face and he enjoys their sense of humour.
R K(Niece of Resident)
We were greeted by the staff, and we were invited to use a kitchen/dining room so we could have a tea party with our friend. The staff popped in to ensure we were happy, they were extremely kind and helpful and made our visit most enjoyable.
Irene E(Friend of Resident)
All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager has been so helpful and caring, not just to mum but to the family also. The staff have gone out of their way to get to know mum on a personal level.
